Delivery charges are free all around the world. Additional customs, duties and brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and will be collected at the time of delivery. All orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment. We reserve the right to perform partial deliveries. We are responsible for loss or damage of the product during the delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Estimated delivery time for all orders is 3-7 workdays from order placement. It will depend on availability, shipping destination and couriers. Tracking codes will be sent to the email you will provide us with your order. If you want us to prepare your order as a gift, let us know and we´ll make a nice wrapping. We'll always send the receipt of your order, but if you want an invoice, just get in touch with us at and we’ll be glad to help you with that.

You have the right to return or exchange your order by contacting us at within 7 days of delivery, and we will give you the instructions for the procedure. This is stated in the Spanish consumer protection legislation. Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were when received by you, including all additional parts included in the order and repackaged into its original package or an equivalent. The product must be returned immediately after notifying us of a return. If the package get lost in transit, we won’t be responsible. Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note with a reason for the return. When we have received your shipment, the amount will be refunded to the card that you used for payment. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs. We will notify you by email as soon as your return has been received, processed and refunded. 

Note: Since leather is a natural product, minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.

Loope products have a 2 years warranty. If any problem occurs with your product during this period, contact us to and we'll tell you the procedure. We'll fix it free of charge, and If we aren’t able to do it, we will exchange your bag for a new one. To validate the warranty we'll need the receipt of your purchase.

To strength the natural origin of the bag, small marks can be found in every piece as proof of authenticity and of craftsmanship in manufacturing. For cleaning, nourish and protect your handbag we suggest a silicon, chemical and wax free conditioner once a year.
